【摘要】 近几年,大学盲目扩招,市场经济深入大学校园以及学分制度强大的冲击,都使现代大学生的问题越来越多,整体素质水平的下降导致教育难度、班级管理的难度不断增大。本文对当前大学班级管理的现状以及存在的问题做了简要的分析,并提出了加强班委会建设、规范班级管理制度建设、寻求情感管理以及提倡学生个性化发展等建议。更多还原
