【Abstract】 The urban skyline plays a crucial role in shaping a city’s landscape and spatial experience. This study explores design and control methods for arterial road skylines in flat-terrain cities, using Hefei High-Tech Zone as a case study. Based on principles of land value maximization, moderate gradient differentiation, and economic feasibility, it formulates building height frameworks and integrates them into plot-specific regulatory plans to effectively manage the urban arterial skyline’s form.更多还原
