沟槽管旋压拉拔一体式成形装置的设计

【摘要】 为了实现不同直径沟槽管中大深宽比沟槽的加工,设计了一种沟槽管旋压拉拔一体式成形装置。应用这一装置,通过调节旋转模和压紧模的间距,实现旋压加工直径可调。在车床刀架上设计夹具,实现轴向拉拔。在主轴上设计定位装置,实现芯头定位。对不同直径的沟槽管进行旋压拉拔试验,验证了这一装置的可行性。同时研究了进给速度、旋压转速等加工参数对沟槽成形的影响,确定了合适的加工参数。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the processing of groove with large depth width ratio in grooved tube with different diameters,an integrated forming device for spinning and drawing of grooved tube was designed. With this device,the diameter for spinning can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the spinning block and the pressure die. A fixture was designed on the lathe carriage to realize axial drawing. A positioning device was designed on the spindle to realize the core head positioning. Spinning and drawing tests on grooved tube with different diameters have verified the feasibility of this device. At the same time,the influence of processing parameters such as feed speed and spinning speed on the formation of groove was studied,and suitable processing parameters were determined.
