【摘要】 简述图书馆采编业务外包产生的背景,分析业务外包后潜在的对馆藏质量、图书馆人员学习能力的影响以及信息不对称等风险。提出图书馆可从合理确定业务外包的范围、实行公开招标合理选择书商、建立有效的沟通机制、实时监督外包业务质量和做好人员分流与培训等应对措施来控制风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the background of library outsourcing of acquisition and cataloging, analyzes the potential outsourcing risk affected the quality of the collection, learning ability of librarians and asymmetric information risks, brings forward the corresponding measure to control the risk, that is to reasonably determine the scope of outsourcing, implement the public tender for reasonable choosing booksellers, establish an effective communication mechanism, supervise the quality of outsourcing, carry out personnel reassignment and training.更多还原
