【Abstract】 At present,the main problems in the use and management of the rural residential base resources are as follows:on one hand,the limited resources are used inefficiently with the high rate of its vacancy rate,thus its economic value cannot be fully displayed;on the other hand,the limited resources are wasted in masses,with heavy sabotage and pollution,thus its ecological value cannot be fully displayed.
