石墨烯/正十八烷复合相变材料制备及导热性能研究

【摘要】 以正十八烷作为基体,通过机械混合方法引入石墨烯这一具有优异导热性能的纳米材料,制备了不同质量分数的石墨烯/正十八烷复合相变材料,从而提升基体正十八烷的导热性能。通过实验制备了不同质量分数的石墨烯/正十八烷复合相变材料,并对其进行了物理化学表征与导热性能测试。实验结果显示,随着石墨烯质量分数的增加,复合材料的导热性能提升。当石墨烯的质量分数为1.5%时,石墨烯/正十八烷复合相变材料的固态和液态热导分别达到了0.33 W/(m·K)和0.19 W/(m·K),相较于纯正十八烷,其固态热导提高了83.3%,液态热导则提高了18.7%。这些结果表明,石墨烯作为导热增强剂能够有效提升相变材料的热传导性能,尤其在固态下的导热效果尤为显著。

【Abstract】 Using N-octadecane as a matrix, graphene, a nanomaterial with excellent thermal conductivity, was introduced by mechanical mixing method, and graphene/N-octadecane composite phase change materials with different mass fractions were prepared to enhance the thermal conductivity of the matrix N-octadecane. Graphene/N-octadecane composite phase change materials with different mass fractions were experimentally prepared and tested for physicochemical characterization and thermal conductivity. The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites is enhanced with the increase of graphene mass fraction. When the mass fraction of graphene was 1.5%, the solid and liquid thermal conductivities of the graphene/N-octadecane composite phase change material reached 0.33 W/(m·K) and 0.19 W/(m·K), respectively, which was an increase of 83.3% in solid thermal conductivity and 18.7% in liquid thermal conductivity compared to pure N-octadecane. These results indicate that graphene as a thermal conductivity enhancer can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of phase change materials, especially in the solid state.
