【摘要】 基于2013～2022年我国293个地级及以上城市样本，实证分析自由贸易试验区设立对数字全球价值链嵌入的政策净效应及作用机制。结果表明：自由贸易试验区设立可正向推动数字全球价值链嵌入，其对数字全球价值链嵌入的影响作用具有空间溢出效应。相比沿海区域与中等及小型规模城市，自由贸易试验区设立对内陆区域、大型城市嵌入数字全球价值链的推动效应更为显著。作用机制检验发现，自由贸易试验区设立主要通过促进数字产业集聚、提高出口技术含量两条路径促进数字全球价值链嵌入；双向直接投资与数字贸易规则在自由贸易试验区设立促进数字全球价值链嵌入的过程中发挥着正向调节效应。据此，应全面推进自由贸易试验区建设，稳步提高出口技术含量，前瞻构建数字贸易规则体系，为数字全球价值链嵌入以及打造高标准自由贸易网络提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a sample of 293 prefecture level and above cities of China from 2013 to 2022, this study empirically analyzes the policy effect and mechanism of the establishment of pilot free trade zones on the embedding of digital global value chains. The empirical results indicate that the establishment of pilot free trade zones can positively promote the embedding of digital global value chains. The establishment of pilot free trade zones has a spatial spillover effect on the embedding of digital global value chains. Compared to coastal regions and medium-sized and small-scale cities, the establishment of pilot free trade zones has a more significant driving effect on the integration of inland regions and large cities into the digital global value chain. The mechanism of action test finds that the establishment of pilot free trade zones mainly promotes the integration of digital global value chains through two paths: promoting the agglomeration of digital industries and increasing the technological content of exports. Bilateral direct investment and digital trade rules play a positive regulatory role in promoting the embedding of digital global value chains through the establishment of pilot free trade zones. Therefore, policy recommendations are proposed to comprehensively deepen the construction of pilot free trade zones, steadily increase export technology content, and proactively build a digital trade rule system, providing new ideas for embedding the digital global value chain and building a high standard free trade network.更多还原
