【Abstract】 The Chinese character forms expressing numbers are somewhat different in the inscriptions on bronze, the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells and Warring States text. In this article the author compares the forms from one to ten, the whole tens between twenty to ninety, the numbers over one hundred and trigrams. For example, which came first, the inscriptions on bronze, or the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells? And what are ten, hundred, thousand and ten thousand called? And the author also discusses the cognitive psychological differences in the whole tens between people of Shang Dynasty and Zhou Dynasty, and those between trigrams and numbers.更多还原
