【摘要】 交感神经为能量消耗型活动神经,副交感神经为保存恢复能量型神经,与中医认为的阴阳活动类似。自主神经系统可视为人体阴阳表现的物质基础。失眠产生的重要机制为交感神经过度兴奋、副交感神经兴奋性降低。针刺对于自主神经功能具有双向、良性的调整作用,能够使之恢复平衡。治疗失眠最常选用的穴位有神门、三阴交、印堂、百会等。神门为手少阴心经原穴,三阴交属于足太阴脾经,且为三条阴经(足太阴脾经、足少阴肾经、足厥阴肝经)的交会穴,二者均与阴经联系密切;印堂与百会穴则属于督脉穴位,与阳经紧密关联,故针刺上述穴位能够调整阴阳平衡,阴平阳秘则心神自安。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sympathetic nerves are energy-consuming nerves, and parasympathetic nerves are energy-saving nerves, which are similar to Yin-Yang activities in TCM.The autonomic nervous system can be regarded as the material basis of the body′s yin-yang manifestations.The main mechanism of insomnia is the overexcitement of the sympathetic nerve and the decrease of the excitability of the parasympathetic nerve.Acupuncture has a two-way and prosperous adjustment effect on autonomic nerve function which can help restore its balance.The most commonly used acupoints for the treatment include Shenmen, Sanyinjiao, Yintang, and Baihui, etc.Shenmen is the Yuan-primary point of the Shaoyin Heart Meridian of Hand, Sanyinjiao belongs to the Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot, and is the intersection point of the three Yin meridians(Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot, Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of Foot, and Jueyin Liver Meridian of Foot),both of which are closely related to the Yin Meridians.While Yintang and Baihui belong to the Governor Vessel acupoints, which are closely related to the Yang Meridians.Therefore, the acupuncture at the points above can adjust the balance between Yin and Yang, and the mind can be tranquilized once Yin and Yang are in equilibrium.更多还原
