【Abstract】 Science and technology is the first productive force and an important support for ecological and environmental protection. The protection of ecological environment depends on the development of science and technology. With the progress of science and technology, the off-site supervision mode has been applied to environmental protection, mainly including automatic monitoring, power monitoring and video surveillance.The off-site supervision mode has the advantages of real-time, automation and continuity, but it also has certain limitations.
