水泥固化自动计量控制系统的设计应用

【摘要】 介绍水泥固化自动计量控制系统的工作流程,基于三段进料法,提出适用于水泥固化系统的自动计量控制系统。投运结果表明:该计量控制系统能够满足水泥固化系统对计量精度的要求,测试计量精度达到±1%。

【Abstract】 The work flow of auto-metering control system for cement solidification was introduced, and an auto-metering control system for cement solidification system based on three-stage feeding method was proposed. The operation results show that, the system proposed can meet the cement solidification system in accurately metering the cement and the metering accuracy can reach ±1%.
