【摘要】 介绍了膨体聚四氟乙烯（e-PTFE）在航空领域应用现状、技术要求和应用前景。e-PTFE密封产品已在欧美航空耗材市场已使用30多年时间，具有良好的低应力密封性和耐腐蚀性，能耐飞机上所有已知的化学品，替代传统橡胶密封材料用于航空器，可节省大量重量，减少维护时间，提升维护便利性，提高飞机航线运营效率，降低运营成本。国产材料无论是产品质量和种类尚不能满足相关要求，通过FAA及EASA等适航审定认证艰难，需要相关企业、研究机构共同努力应用开发研究，加快国产材料的应用研发和适航审定认证。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application status, technical requirements and application prospect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(e-PTFE) in aviation field are introduced. e-PTFE sealing products have been used in the European and American aviation consumables market for more than 30 years. They have good low stress sealing and corrosion resistance, and can withstand all known chemicals on the aircraft. Replacing traditional rubber sealing materials for aircraft can save a lot of weight, reduce maintenance time, improve maintenance convenience, improve operational efficiency of aircraft routes and reduce operational costs. The quality and type of domestic materials cannot meet the relevant requirements. It is difficult to pass the certification of airworthiness certification such as FAA and EASA. It is necessary for relevant enterprises and research institutions to work together to speed up the application development and certification of domestic materials.更多还原
