【摘要】 鉴于再制造在资源效率、能源节约、环境保护等方面具有的优势,近年来,大力推进再制造业的发展,成为学术界和政府相关部门的共同呼声。然而,现实中,再制造业的发展,尤其是在起步阶段,通常面临着交易成本、信息不对称以及外部性等障碍,即市场失灵问题。文章首先从资源效率的视角理解再制造的内涵,其次探讨成功的再制造业所必需的关键要素,然后对再制造业发展过程中的市场失灵问题进行归类,最后以构建"政府—企业—行业协会"的协力伙伴关系为视角,提出矫正市场失灵的协同方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of comparative advantages of remanufacturing in resource efficiency,energy conservation,and environmen tal protection,the scholars and public managers have urged strong support for remanufacturing in recent years.However,in practice,especially at its early stage,remanufacturing is usually perplexed with transaction costs,asymmetric information and market externalities,that is market failures.This paper will interpret the connotation of remanufacturing from resource ef ficiency perspective firstly,followed by exploring the key to success of re-manufacturing,then classify various market failures in remanufacturing industry,and finally try to present a synergistic solution for correcting market failures,which is based on "government-business-industry Association"collaborative partnership.更多还原
