【摘要】 新时代对高校辅导员的素质能力提出了新的更高的要求，高校应扎实推进辅导员队伍专业化建设，提升辅导员的育人成效。然而当前辅导员队伍建设中普遍存在专业化程度不够高，专业素养有待提升、人员流动性大，结构不合理、自我效能感不高，职业定位不清晰、考核评价体系不健全，难以发挥激励作用等方面的现实困境，需要从探索学科建设，健全培训体系、加强制度保障，规范工作职责、加强辅导员职业规划指导，提升职业地位、完善考核评价体系，激发队伍活力等方面一一突破。更多还原
