【Abstract】 Eosinophil chemoattractant-galectin-9 is a novel activator that associated with a variety of immune responses and involved in the maintenance of normal pregnancy, playing a certain immune tolerance and regulatory role in the pathogenesis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, preeclampsia, pregnancy with systemic lupus erythematosus, and obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome. T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-3(Tim-3) binds to Gal-9 and participates in adaptive negative immune regulation.
