一种利用高压并联电抗器的电缆耐压快速试验新方法

【摘要】 随着中国电网的高速建设,高电压、长距离电力电缆大规模投入运行,对保障工业生产、居民生活用电起着重要作用。在电缆投运前需进行交流耐压试验,现场通常采用变频串联谐振方法来进行测试。随着电缆电压等级升高、长度的增大,与其匹配的串联电抗器的数量及容量也上升,提高了试验难度,增大了安全风险。文中提出一种利用高压并联电抗器的电缆耐压快速试验新方法,并对该方法进行了理论分析及试验验证。试验结果表明:新方法可以提高试验回路品质因数,提高电缆耐压试验效率及安全性,并大幅降低试验成本。

【Abstract】 With the high-speed construction of power grid in China,the large scale operation of high-voltage and long-distance power cables plays an important role in ensuring industrial production and residential power consumption. The AC withstanding voltage test of cable shall be performed before putting into operation,and variable-frequency series-resonant method is usually used for testing at site. With the rise of voltage class and increase of the length of cable,the number and capacity of reactors fitted to the cable also increase,which improves the test difficulty and increases the safety risk. In this paper,a new method of fast test of withstanding voltage of cable using high voltage shunt reactor is proposed,and the theoretical analysis and experimental verification for the method are carried out. The test result shows that the new method can improve the quality factor of the test circuit,improve the withstanding voltage test efficiency and safety of power cable and greatly reduce the test cost.
