【摘要】 目前,结核病(tuberculosis,TB)仍为临床上严重威胁着儿童健康的主要传染病之一,必须予以高度重视。近年来,我国TB诊治领域在参考全球相关指导性文献的基础上,相继发表了有关儿童TB防治的专家共识及先进诊治经验,均具有显著的科学性、有效性及可操作性,值得进一步推广及应用。现归纳了其中有关儿童TB的临床诊断要点、实验检测技术进展及药物治疗方案研究进展,以供儿科同行参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,tuberculosis(TB) is still one of the most important infectious diseases which seriously threaten children’s health.In recent years,the field of TB diagnosis and treatment in China has successively published expert consensus and advanced diagnosis and treatment experience on the prevention and treatment of TB in children on the basis of referring to relevant global guiding documents,which are significantly scientific,effective and operable,and are worthy of further promotion and application.This paper summarized the key points of clinical diagnosis,experimental detection technology and drug treatment of child TB for reference.更多还原
