【Abstract】 Based on the system dynamics method, a system model of the impact of intellectual property factors on the success or failure of the IPO of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board is constructed,and the coupling effect and causal feedback mechanism between the internal factors of the system is deeply discussed. The research shows that R&D investment and team strength are the key to improve the innovation ability of enterprises; The independence, advanced nature and continuity of core technology affect the sustainable operation ability of enterprises; Patent ownership disputes, patent infringement and patent invalidation are the core elements of intellectual property risks; High-quality information disclosure is crucial to the healthy operation of the Sci-Tech Innovation Board.
