纳洛酮与依达拉奉治疗重度一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的效果分析

【摘要】 目的分析纳洛酮与依达拉奉治疗重度一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的效果。方法选取本院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的重度一氧化碳中毒患者68例作为样本,随机分组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组与此同时给予纳洛酮与依达拉奉治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后BI(44.87±3.62)分、SOD(105.62±4.00)NU/mL、LPO(5.13±0.54)mmol/mL、有效率97.06%、迟发性脑病发生率2.94%、治疗后(2.00±0.02)h清醒、住院(3.81±0.10)d。对照组治疗后BI(35.17±2.16)分、SOD(88.64±2.10)NU/mL、LPO(6.00±0.10)mmol/mL、有效率73.53%、迟发性脑病发生率26.47%、治疗后(3.90±0.13)h清醒、住院(5.77±0.16)d。两组数据对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用纳洛酮与依达拉奉治疗重度一氧化碳中毒,能够缩短患者的昏迷时间,使氧自由基水平恢复,降低迟发性脑病的发生率,提升患者的生活能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of naloxone and edaravone on delayed encephalopathy caused by severe carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 68 patients with severe carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine methods.The observation group was treated with naloxone and edaravone at the same time,and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results After treatment,BI(44.87+3.62),SOD(105.62+4.00)NU/ml,LPO(5.13+0.54)mmol/ml,the effective rate was 97.06%,the incidence of delayed encephalopathy was 2.94%.After treatment(2.00+0.02) h, the patients were awake and hospitalized(3.81+0.10)days.In the control group,BI(35.17+2.16),SOD(88.64+2.10)NU/ml,LPO(6.00+0.10)mmol/ml,the effective rate was 73.53%,the incidence of delayed encephalopathy was 26.47%,and the patients were awake and hospitalized(5.77+0.16)days after treatment(3.90+0.13)H.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Using naloxone and edaravone to treat severe carbon monoxide poisoning can shorten the coma time,restore the level of oxygen free radicals,reduce the incidence of delayed encephalopathy and improve the living ability of patients.
