锦灯笼中酸浆苦素类成分的分离与鉴定
Study on the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of physalins in Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii(Mast.) Makino
【摘要】 目的对锦灯笼中的酸浆苦素类(physalin)成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用ODS反相柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱以及HPLC等方法进行分离,运用综合波谱学技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果从锦灯笼的50%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个酸浆苦素类化合物,分别为酸浆苦素D(1)、酸浆苦素E(2)、酸浆苦素B(3)、酸浆苦素N(4)、酸浆苦素O(5)、酸浆苦素G(6)、酸浆苦素P(7)。结论共分离得到7个化合物,并进行了详细的结构解析和更全面的NMR归属。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of the physalin in Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii(Mast.) Makino.Methods The constituents were separated by ODS reverse phase column chromatography,silica gel column chromatography and HPLC methods.The constituents were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques.Results Seven compounds were isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii(Mast.) Makino and identified as physalin D(1),physalin E(2),physalin B(3),physalin N(4),physalin O(5),physalin G(6),physalin P(7).Conclusion Seven compounds have been isolated and analyzed in detail and their NMR assignments have been more comprehensive.
