【Abstract】 According to the development of the educational administration system, SVE teaching materials development can be divided into three phases: the first stage of planning and validation by national educational administrative institutions and operational sectors, the second stage of planning and validation by two authoritative departments, and the third stage of intensifying macro-administration. Based on the policy change in education, the present study analyses the specific operations and features of teaching materials development in different stages,thus showing the experiences and progress made in this field since the People’s Republic of China was founded.更多还原
