中和缓蚀剂的配伍性能研究

【摘要】 实验通过单因素及多因素实验和腐蚀失重法研究了中和缓蚀剂对N80碳钢在模拟炼油设备中的常减压蒸馏装置的缓蚀性能。研究表明,筛选出的中和缓蚀剂配方配伍性优良,缓蚀效果良好。在0.1%HCl+0.1%H2S的酸溶液中,反应温度100℃,pH值6.0,反应时间4 h,缓蚀剂添加量0.3%的条件下,缓蚀率可达90%以上。

【Abstract】 The experiment studied the corrosion inhibition performance of the neutralizing corrosion inhibitor on the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the N80 carbon steel in the simulated oil refining equipment through single factor and multiple factor experiments and the corrosion weight loss method. Research shows that the selected neutralizing corrosion inhibitor formula has excellent compatibility and good corrosion inhibition effect. In an acid solution of 0.1 % HCl+0.1 % H2 S, the reaction temperature is 100 ℃, the p H value is 6.0, the reaction time is 4 h, and the addition amount of the corrosion inhibitor is 0.3 %, the corrosion inhibition rate can reach more than 90 %.
