螺栓拧紧扭矩对其扭矩系数的影响

【摘要】 螺栓预紧力作为保障结构稳定运行的重要参数,其在实际工程中往往难以准确施加,因而会对钢结构连接的可靠性产生较大的影响。在实际工程中,螺栓预紧力常常通过施加预紧扭矩来控制预紧力,其中扭矩系数的选择会直接影响到预紧力施加的准确性。本文针对施加扭矩过程中扭矩系数的不确定性问题,从螺纹副受力分析出发,推导出预紧力与扭矩的理论关系式以及扭矩系数的理论表达式,通过对实验连接节点模型进行有限元仿真以及不同扭矩下螺栓施加预紧力的实验,得到扭矩系数的变化规律。

【Abstract】 Pre-tightening force of bolts is an important parameter of bolted connections,which is often difficult to control in practical engineering,which will have a greater impact on the reliability of steel structure connections. In engineering,people usually control the pre-tightening force by controlling the pre-tightening torque. In this paper,starting from the stress analysis of the screw pair,the theoretical relationship between the pre-tightening force and the torque and the theoretical expression of the torque coefficient are derived. Experiments of bolt pre-tightening force under different torques are carried out. Finite element simulation of experimental joint model is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench. The variation law of the torque coefficient is obtained by comparing the experimental and simulation results.
