【摘要】 目的探讨癫痫患者血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量和外周血B细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。方法分别应用放射免疫分析和单克隆抗体技术对31例癫痫患者进行了血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量及外周血B细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的测定,并与35例正常人作比较。结果癫痫患者IL-6、TNF-α、B细胞水平显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而IL-2、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。结论癫痫病是一种自身免疫调节异常的疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α contents,peripheral B cell number and T cell subsets distribution in patients with epilepsy.Methods Serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were determined with RIA and peripheral lymphocyte examination were performed with mono-clonal antibody technic in 31 patients with epilepsy and 35 controls.Results Serum IL-6,TNF-α and peripheral blood B cell number were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls(P<0.01),while the IL-2,CD3,CD4 percentages and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly lower(P also<0.01).Conclusion The above data suggested presence of disturbances of auto-immune regulation in patients with epilepsy.更多还原
