【摘要】 “九五”重点项目江苏省地震应急指挥系统建设中提出了建立基于Web的系统集成 ,全省地震前兆观测数据库及分析预报系统的建设是其中的一项重要内容。为此与中国地震局分析预报中心合作建立了江苏省前兆数据库和分析预报方法集成系统JSOMEN ,编写了适用于江苏前兆观测资料的控制主表 ,用C、VB等语言编写程序整理入库了 1 990年以来全省 4 3个测点 75个测项的一百多万组前兆观测数据 ,同时建立了台站和市局的前兆数据库 ,以达到全省前兆观测数据的共享更多还原

【Abstract】 The set up of a system integration based on the Web was needed in the building of the earthquake emergency response and commanding system of Jiangsu Province, a key project in the Ninth Five Year Plan The building of a data bank for eathquake precursor observations all over the Province as well as of an analysis and prediction system suitable for the province is one of its important contents For this purpose, an integrated system for the data bank of earthquake precursors as well as various analysis and prediction methods suitable for Jiangsu Province(JSOMEN) was established, a main control table suitable for precursory observation data in Jiangsu Province was compiled, more than 1 million sets of precursory observation data obtained from 43 observation points and 75 observational items all over the province since 1990 was sorted out and input into the data bank using C? VB etc programs Meanwhile, precursory data bank of seismic stations and city seismological bureaus was also established, so that precursory observation data of the whole province could be shared commonly The work was completed in cooperation with the Center for Analysis and Prediction, Seismological Bureau of China.更多还原
