全自动机械臂移液系统的设计及视觉识别定位分析
Design of Fully Automated Robotic Arm Transfer System and Analysis of Visual Recognition Positioning
【摘要】 阐述一套机械臂的全自动移液系统整体框架设计,并对其视觉识别、定位方案进行综合确定,对效果进行分析。与传统人工操作相比,基于机器视觉检测技术的全自动移液系统能够提升移液效率。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the overall framework design of a fully automatic liquid transfer system for a robotic arm, and comprehensively determines its visual recognition and positioning scheme, and analyzes its effectiveness. Compared with traditional manual operation, fully automatic pipetting systems based on machine vision detection technology can improve pipetting efficiency.
