【摘要】 文章以113所"211"工程高校图书馆作为调查对象,从开放存取资源揭示程度、名称与栏目设置、资源链接数量、高校图书馆对开放存取资源整合能力以及宣传力度等方面,分析了我国高校图书馆开放存取资源建构现状及存在问题,并从提高宣传力度、加强资源搜索与揭示、建构统一检索平台、实现开放存取资源与馆藏资源整合等方面提出建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 113 libraries of the universities of "the 211 Project" as the objects of the survey,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the construction of open access to resources of the university libraries from revealing degree resources,settings of names and columns,number of resource links,integration of open access to resources and the propaganda work of the construction,etc..Some constructive suggestions are also presented from the aspects of the increasing publicity,enhancing the search and disclosure of resources,building a unified retrieval platform,realizing the open access to resources,and integrating library resources.更多还原
