镁合金连铸用电磁搅拌电源的研究与设计
Research and Design of Electromagnetic Stirring Power Supply in Magnesium Alloy Continuous Casting
【摘要】 基于对镁合金连铸用电磁搅拌电源低频逆变的控制,研制了以TMS320F2808为控制核心的高性能电磁搅拌电源。针对低频逆变系统输出响应慢、纹波大等特点,设计了一种直流母线电压前馈补偿双闭环控制策略。给出了电源系统的设计方法,并对所设计的系统进行实验,结果表明该控制策略在得到所需低频输出的同时,有效地解决了电磁搅拌电源低频控制存在的问题。
【Abstract】 A high-performance electromagnetic stirring power supply in magnesium alloy continuous casting with the TMS320F2808 as the core of the controller is developed based on the control of inverter with low-frequency.It is in this problem that the control system of inverter with low-frequency has a slow response and a large ripple,a control strategy of double closed-loop with DC-link feedforward compensation is proposed.The design process and experiment research on the control system are proposed.The results show that including obtaining the output that required with low-frequency,this method solves the control problems with low-frequency of electromagnetic stirring power supply.
