外磁场在低温镀铁中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF OUTSIDE MAGNETIC FIELD IN LOW-TEMPERATURE IRON PLATING
【摘要】 将单相可控硅电源的输出线于镀槽的外壳上绕四组线圈,以构成磁电解池。通过其匝数的变换,来改变电源的波形和磁场强度的大小。应用于镀铁后,可以稳定镀液温度,镀层平整光滑,耐磨性良好;曲轴“R”角镀厚能力提高2~4倍;镀层具有“填满”特性,并对磁场作用机理作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Low-temp iron plating is operated in a magnetic electrolysis cell,which is formed by encircling the outer walls of the plating tank with four sets of coils leading from single-phase thyrister,and the wave form and magnitude of the magnetic field are determined by numbers of windings in coils. With the application of this magnetic field,the iron electroplates are of more levelling and smooth with better abrasive strength,and the bath becomes more stable with improved covering and levelling powers, The mechanism of the magnetic field application is also discussed.
