文化引领下的大型公立医院高质量转型发展的实践探索——以徐州医科大学附属医院为例

【摘要】 随着国家医药卫生体制改革持续深化,公立医院改革不断深入,医院发展面临着严峻挑战,医院文化建设也面临着新的任务。新形势下,徐州医科大学附属医院党委认清形势,自我革新,适时调整医院发展方向,确立了高质量转型发展战略即"1234"发展战略。该文立足医院工作实际,重点阐述坚持"1234"发展战略,创新性地开展医院文化建设,以文化引领促进医院高质量转型发展的实践与探索。

【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of the reform of the national medical and health system, the reform of public hospitals has continued to deepen, the development of hospitals is facing severe challenges, and the construction of hospital culture is also facing new tasks. Under the new situation, the Party Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University recognized the situation, performed self-innovation, timely adjusted the development direction of the hospital, and established a high-quality transformation and development strategy, that is, the "1234" development strategy. Based on the actual work of the hospital, this paper focuses on the practice and exploration of the culture-leading quality transformation and development of the hospital by persisting in the "1234" development strategy and innovatively building the hospital culture.
