【摘要】 以新疆地产一串红花序为实验材料,采用溶剂萃取法提取一串红色素,并筛选出最佳的提取条件。

【Abstract】 This paper uses the flowers of Salvia splendens Ker -Gawl which grow in Xinjiang for e xtract the natural pigment.In the experiment the study uses the way of solveat leach and sele cts the most excellent extraction th ings.
