【Abstract】 Administrative personnel are important parts of higher vocational college’s staff. Their performance appraisal is directly linked with the overall competitive capacity of the higher vocational college. But as an important means of improving work quality and accomplishing the college’s overall goal, performance appraisal presents various problems. Following certain principles and methods is the premise of accomplishing administrative personnel’s performance appraisal work and it is very important to play performance appraisal work’s role.更多还原
