【摘要】 台湾涉外事务问题,是伴随着两岸关系的形成而出现的重大问题,历经"法统外交"、"弹性外交"、"台独外交"和"活路外交"四个阶段。由于不同阶段所处的岛内政局、两岸关系和国际政治等背景不同,因而重点、目标、政策和手段都不一样,结果不一样,影响也不一样。60年来的两岸关系基本规律和客观实践表明,对于台湾涉外事务,只要不搞"台独"、"两个中国"和"一中一台",只要遵守国际法和"一个中国原则",问题就能得到合情合理的处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The issue of Taiwan’s foreign affairs has become an important issue with the development of the cross-straits relations. It has experienced four stages:legal constituted diplomacy,elastic diplomacy,diplomacy of Taiwan independence,and living diplomacy. Because of the different situations in Taiwan and the different backgrounds of the corss-straits relations and international politics,the main points,aims,policies and methods are different and their results and influence are also not the same. The basic rules and objective practice in the past 60 years show that Taiwan’s foreign affairs can almost always be reasonably dealt with if such issues as "Taiwan independence","two Chinas" and "one China and one Taiwan" are avoided and if international law and "one China pattern" are respected.更多还原
