【摘要】 目的:探讨纽扣钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效。方法:采用改良纽扣钢板内固定治疗RockwoodⅢ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位31例,根据Constant-Murley法评定肩关节功能。结果:31例患者均获随访,随访时间8~26个月,患肩关节在术前评分为(30.2±6.3)分,术后第1周、1、3、6个月评分分别为(86.3±6.3)分、(93.2±3.5)分、(95.2±3.1)分和(95.4±3.7)分,与术前评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用改良纽扣钢板技术治疗肩锁关节脱位效果良好,是治疗肩锁关节脱位较为理想的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of endobutton in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods:Thirtyone patients with Rockwood Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ type cromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with the modified button plate internal fixation. The shoulder joint function was evaluated according to Constant-Murley score. Results:All patients were followed up for 5 to26 months.
