基于高光谱遥感的东昆仑南带岩矿分类技术研究及其应用

【摘要】 区域地质调查工作是一项具有战略意义的基础性工作,然而在地质条件恶劣、交通不便利的地区,调查工作难以开展。遥感技术作为识别地物类型、地质构造以及提取矿物信息的一种方法,已经被成功应用到了区域地质调查工作中。随着遥感技术的发展,高光谱影像分类技术将成像技术与细分光谱技术结合,已被成功的应用到地质调查、植被研究监测、大气监测、灾害环境监测、土壤调查等领域。论文以青藏高原东昆仑南带黑刺沟地区为研究区域,利用EO-1 Hyperion高光谱遥感影像,详细探讨了高光谱影像的预处理的流程,通过对高光谱影像的分类应用.着重探讨研究了传统的遥感分类方法和基于光谱特征分类方法,并对分类实验结果进行了比较,最终通过光谱匹配技术,提取了影像中的蚀变矿物信息。取得的成果和认识如下:(1)基于光谱库的绿泥石、绢云母等波谱提取研究区蚀变矿物信息的效果较好,结果与区域地质报告和野外实地考察情况基本一致。(2)总结了一套使用于东昆仑地区的高光谱影像分类方法,通过监督分类、非监督分类方法及光谱匹配技术的应用研究,证明了利用SAM光谱匹配技术在岩石出露程度较大的区域,可以取得较好的分类效果。(3)详细阐述了Hyperion高光谱数据的处理流程及光谱匹配识别技术的主要方法。尝试不同方法的矿物信息提取与识别分类,并经过精度评价对比分析表明,其对于东昆仑地区的地质应用具有一定的参考价值。(4)蚀变矿物的提取建立在光谱反射率反演的基础上,本文利用先验知识结合标准光谱库提取蚀变矿物取得了一定得效果。若能在今后的实验中采用野外实测光谱数据,将更进一步提高影像的分类精度。
【Abstract】 Regional geological survey is a basic work ,however, it is difficult to work in the regions of poor geological condition and inconvenient transportation. Remote sensing as a method of surface features identification and mineral extraction had been successfully applied in regional geological survey work. as the development of remote sensing technology, the Hyperspectral images classification technology gets the imaging technology combining with ,it had been applied to field of the investigation of geological research, vegetation, monitoring, environmental monitoring, etc.In this paper, taking the south eastern Kunlun area as an example, using EO-1 Hyperion Hyperspectral remote sensing image discusses the processing of image data and application. This paper focuses on the research of the traditional classification and spectral features classification method, and applied to the data to comparing the result. Finally ,the altered minerals was extracting by using the spectral matching technique. this paper gets some results and achievements such as:(1) The result of Extracting the altered minerals using chlorite and sericite spectral features of USGS spectral library got a better effect, it keeps consistent with regional geological reports and field investigation.(2)Summarized a set of Hyperspectral classification method in east Kunlun area. Through the application of supervision classification, unsupervision classification and spectrum matching method, this paper get a conclusion that SAM spectrum matching method gets the better result especially in bared rock area.(3)Introducing the processing flow of Hyperion hyperspectral data and the main spectrum matching method. The extraction and classification of minerals is used in several method, and the result shows that the processing flow takes a certain reference value in the application of east Kunlun area. (4)The extraction of altered minerals based on the surface spectral reflectance, this paper gets a better result of using foregoing knowledge combining with standard spectral library extracting altered minerals. In order to improve the classification accuracy, the field measurement spectral data will be used in the next step.
