中频电炉谐波模拟计算及治理方法的研究

【摘要】 配电网中各种电力电子设备的应用给电网注入了大量的谐波,谐波电流污染已成为影响供电质量的重要问题。本文详细分析了无源电力滤波器、有源电力滤波器和混合电力滤波器各自的优缺点,重点介绍了由无源滤波器和有源滤波器串联后并入电网的混合滤波系统的原理以及参数设计。并联型混合滤波系统以较小的有源滤波装置容量实现了大容量的谐波补偿,这样大大降低了补偿设备的成本。既很好的对谐波进行了补偿,又兼顾了部分基波无功的补偿,而且有利于现有的谐波补偿设备的现实改造。因而研究既能有效的治理谐波又具有较高性价比的混合电力滤波系统具有现实意义。本文对并联型混合电力滤波系统的两个主要构成部分无源滤波器和有源滤波器的结构、工作原理和参数设计进行了较为充分分析的基础之上,对混合电力滤波系统的结构、控制、原理和主要性能指标进行了详尽的分析。通过MATLAB/Simulink对整个系统进行了模拟仿真,仿真表明达到了预期的效果,能有效的抑制谐波电流,提高电能质量。本课题以营口市旗口铸钢厂的谐波治理项目为基础,进行了详细的理论分析、计算,并且提出了有效的谐波治理方案,在经济性和实用性上达到了统一。

【Abstract】 Due to the wide use of power electronic equipments in industrial applications, the harmonic current that produced pours into electrical network. Harmonic problems have become the important factor that affects the quality of power supply. On the base of analysis of respective characteristics of harmonic filter, active power harmonic filter and compound harmonic filter, the paper explain typically the principle and design parameters of compound type harmonic abating device used in system with series of harmonic filter and active power harmonic filter. The shunt hybrid active power filter realize the large capacity compensate by small active installment capacity,as this kind of structure can greatly reduce the cost of the compensation device. It’s good to the harmonics of the compensation and the fundamental reactive power compensation, and also conducive to the transformation of harmonic compensation equipment. Therefore developed an effective shunt hybrid active power filter system both good character and lower cost has a practical significance.In this paper, on the base of analysis of the two main components of passive filters and active filter structure, principle and parameter design. This article fully introduced the structure, the principle and the design method of shunt hybrid active power filter system. In the end, the Simulink in MATLAB emulation is carried out to confirm what has been designed in above paper to be correct. At the same time the way of this paper can effectively suppress harmonic currents, improve power quality.Proposing an effective harmonic treatment program used in the abatement project in Qikou Cast Steel Plan of Yingkou is introduced, which reaches unified in the economic and practical.
