输气管道定向钻穿越技术仿真研究

【摘要】 “输气管道定向钻穿越技术仿真研究”是一项实际工程研究课题,目标是完成管道穿越河道技术的仿真研究。课题将通过ANSYS实体仿真的方法,分析输气管道穿越河道技术的力学性能,为管道穿越河道技术的设计提供重要的理论技术支持。本文首先阐述了定向钻穿越技术的特点、系统组成和施工工序,并对穿越曲线的设计和回拖载荷的计算进行了理论分析。其次分析了工程接触问题的原理及其有限元解法。给出了几种典型的接触有限元方程;同时还研究了有限元工程分析软件—ANSYS的接触模块,分析了其实体接触单元和面面接触的方法,总结了ANSYS实体接触仿真的步骤。再次利用ANSYS软件并结合APDL语言,建立了定向钻管道回拖的有限元仿真模型。在此基础上,完成了不同穿越曲率半径、不同入土角、不同出土角、不同管径和壁厚以及不同穿越岩层下,管道回拖的有限元仿真分析工作;总结了管道力学性能的变化规律。同时完成了管道自重下弯曲变形的理论分析,并对不同管长的管道进行了有限元仿真分析,得到了管道长度和自重弯曲半径之间的关系。最后根据管道的回拖力、管道应力、管道接触应力和管道接触压力的变化规律,按照给定的原则对定向钻穿越曲线的关键参数进行了优选取值。完成了定向钻穿越曲线的优选取值工作。

【Abstract】 It is a practical engineering project to research on the Simulation of gas pipeline crossing by Directional Drilling Technology, of which the purpose is to finish the simulation of pipeline crossing the river.The project will analyze the mechanical property of the technology of gas pipeline crossing river, and provide the important theory technical supports.This paper,fist of all,describes the characteristic, the system composition, and the construction procedure of Directional Drilling Technology.The design of the crossing curve and the calculation of the pull-back loading are theoretically analyzed.Secondly, the theory of the project contact problem and its finite element solution are analyzed.Several typical finite element equation are given, meanwhile, this paper studies the contact module of ANSYS, analyzes the contact element and face to face method, and summarizes the steps of the solid contact simulation by ANSYS.Thirdly, A finite element simulation module of pull-back pipeline in directional drilling is established.On this base, finite element simulation of pull-back pipeline which is under different parameters , such as crossing curve radius, penetration angle, excavate angle, caliber, wall thickness, and crossing rock strata ,is accomplished.At the same time, the changes of the pipeline mechanic property are summarized.Moreover, theory analysis of the curve strain about pipeline under gravity is finished, and the relationship between pipeline length and curve strain is obtained.Finally, according the given principle and the change of pull-back force, pipeline stress, pipeline contact stress, and contact press, the optimal values of the key parameters about Directional Drilling Curve are taken.Thus, this paper accomplishes the optimization value of the Directional Drilling Curve.
