【摘要】 饮酒器是人们生活的必需品,与人们的生活息息相关,所以饮酒器的设计最普遍地反映人们的设计智慧。文章主要以时代发展为横轴,材质发展为纵轴,从设计思想、造型特点、装饰纹样等方面进行整理分析,同时结合各时期政治经济背景、生活形态和文化思想背景,对器具本身的造型、材料、纹饰以及其自身发展演变的脉络做系统的分析研究。主要结论为:一、中国古代饮酒器造型为中国传统造物的典型代表之一,蕴含和美思想、方圆造物观、礼祭思想、文人思想、仿生意识、人机意识等设计思想。二、中国古代饮酒器造型丰富,材料的运用恰恰吻合了中国历史上历代的生产加工工艺的发展规律。按照材质的角度看,先后是:陶器→青铜器→漆器→金银器→瓷器。三、中国古代饮酒器器形从造型上分为六大类:爵形、觚觯形、把杯形、高足杯形、口杯形、花式杯形。同一材质的饮酒器器形相同或相似,相同材质的同一器形在造型方面有很强的关联性,表现在其主要造型部位的特征延续变化。四、中国古代饮酒器的装饰纹样丰富,传递了中国古代人民受礼祭思想的影响,对吉祥寓意的追求,以及对造型上追求完美极至的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drinking vessels are a necessity of daily life; it is connected with every aspect of human life. In this sense, the design of drinking vessels reflects the intelligence and the cultural concept of the mankind in different eras. China has a long history in designing and using of drinking vessels, it also has a very long history and a profound culture. Thus besides the excellent cultural concepts hidden in the apparatus, great design concepts can also be spotted from these apparatus, many of which can also be seen in designing modern products. In this thesis, the ancient Chinese drinking vessels are studied in their hidden culture, design ideas and concepts. A thorough analysis is done by combing other factors such as the political background, life styles and cultural background in different eras etc. We also research systematically on the development trends of shape, material and decoration of the traditional drinking vessels. The main conclusions include:The design of traditional Chinese wine is one of typical and important representative of traditional Chinese products, which includes a lot of significant design ideas;Traditional Chinese drinking vessels possess a great variety of appearances. Its development went with the development of material manufacturing. The material for constructing drinking vessels changes in the order of ceramic→bronze→lacquer→bullion→China;Traditional Chinese drinking vessels are divided six categories by the shape features.
