【摘要】 近年来,随着生产资本的全球流动,发展中国家成为外资的重要载体。而且,外资在发展中国家的分布也呈现出集聚的趋势,对东道国的经济贡献日益凸显。在经济全球化和改革开放的推动下,环渤海地区已经成为外资最重要的集聚区之一,尤其近几年外商直接投资的快速增长以及由此而产生的FDI集聚现象,引起了笔者对FDI集聚尤其是环渤海地区FDI集聚的关注。通过研究发现,FDI集聚现象正在得到许多国内外学者的重视,其研究主要集中在FDI产业集聚、区位选择等方面。然而随着FDI集聚在全球的快速发展,以及在环渤海地区的初露端倪,有很多现实问题迫切需要我们从理论的角度加以研究,并进一步在理论上寻求突破和创新,从而指导我们的实践。因此,笔者认为当前对FDI集聚进行具有前瞻性和系统性的理论研究和实证分析,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。基于这一出发点,本论文的研究目的就是通过相关理论的综合来尝试找到解释和识别FDI集聚的理论模型,并以此来剖析环渤海地区FDI集聚现象及其对地区经济的影响,找出该地区发展FDI集聚的决定因素以及目前存在的问题,并提出对策和建议。外资对东道国经济的影响是全范围的,包括GDP、技术溢出效应等。本文以环渤海地区三省两市作为研究对象,以国际经济学、计量经济学等理论为指导,采用协整及Granger因果检验的方法,分析了外资集聚对环渤海地区经济的贡献。实证研究表明,外资对环渤海地区GDP的增长、技术扩散都具有重要的促进作用。同时,本文对影响FDI集聚的众多因素进行了分类,并将各因素用指标进行量化。在此基础上,利用灰色关联方法,计算出各影响因素与FDI集聚的关联程度,结果表明,往年FDI流入情况、配套企业数量、人力成本是影响环渤海地区外资集聚的重要因素。最后,本文根据分析的结果提出环渤海地区在吸引外资方面需要做出的努力,为了能够持续的引进外资,现代化的物流、新型的创新体系、合理的产业体系等方面是需要加强和改进的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,with foreign investment flowing world-widely,developing countries become the most important carriers of foreign investment. Moreover,the distribution of foreign investment which makes great contribution to economic growth in developing countries takes on a tendency of clustering. With the promotion of economic globalization and reform & opening-up,Area Encircling Bohai Sea has become one of the most important clustering areas. The FDI’s tendency of clustering and emergence of FDI cluster in the region make me interested in the study of FDI cluster, especially the FDI cluster in the region of Area Encircling Bohai Sea.I found FDI cluster were also studied and recognized by many foreign and local scholars. While with the rapid development of FDI cluster, there are many problems necessary to study in theory and the innovation of theory should be made, which will direct practice. So I think it is valuable and significant to make a proactive and systematic study for FDI cluster with theoretical and empirical approach. Based on this start point, the purpose of this dissertation is to find models which can explain and identify FDI cluster by referencing related theories. Furthermore with these models we can study the FDI cluster in the region of Area Encircling Bohai Sea, including identification of the FDI cluster, its impact on the regional economy, the determinants of the FDI cluster, the existing problems in the process of development and the corresponding suggestions and proposals.The economic effect of foreign investment on the host country is widespread, includes GDP, technology spillover effect, etc. The article takes 3 provinces and 2 cities of Area Encircling Bohai Sea as the research sample. At the guide of International economics and Econometrics, Using the method of co integration analysis and Granger Causality Test, the paper analyzes contribution of foreign investment to the economy of Area Encircling Bohai Sea. The conclusion of empirical research shows that foreign investment drastically promotes GDP growth, the development of technology spillover effect.There are a series of factors influencing FDI cluster. The article classifies those factors which will be quantified by choosing related indicators. Afterwards, the paper uses the method of the relation grade in the grey systematic theory and discovers the most superior relationship between FDI and those factors. According to the analysis results of the model, the paper analyzes the promotion and constraining factors influencing FDI cluster in Area Encircling Bohai Sea. Basing on the results of regression analysis, the paper puts forward a series of suggestions of how to attract more foreign capital flow into Area Encircling Bohai Sea. In order to introduce foreign capital continuously, modern logistics, new innovation system, reasonable industrial system of this area still need to be strengthened and improved.更多还原
