不同苜蓿品种耐盐性、抗旱性比较的研究

【摘要】 紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)是我国最重要的豆科牧草之一。在我国农业结构调整中,大力发展饲料作物是其方向之一,而发展饲料作物首推苜蓿。苜蓿产业化发展要有适应性好的苜蓿品种作保证,苜蓿抗逆性的研究对苜蓿品种的选择和布局至关重要。本研究结合前人的研究工作,以国内外多个具品质优良代表性的苜蓿品种为材料,对不同苜蓿品种进行了耐盐性、抗旱性的研究。1.对不同苜蓿品种耐盐性研究:本研究用不同浓度的NaCl溶液,品种种子萌发耐盐性进行了研究。结果表明:选择不同的耐盐鉴定指标,对15个不同的苜蓿品种耐盐性鉴定结果并不完全一致:在对多个耐盐鉴定指标分析后,选用了部分指标对15个苜蓿品种耐盐性进行了综合分析;综合分析后将不同苜蓿种子耐盐力强弱划分为:宁苜1号、龙牧801号、WL-525>龙牧803号>公农2号>公农3号>公农1号、胜利者、竞争者>敖汉>朝阳苜蓿、中苜1号>大叶苜蓿>农宝>Magnum V-wet。2.对不同苜蓿品种抗旱性研究:本研究通过室内试验,对15个苜蓿品种进行人工干旱胁迫,测定其干旱胁迫后植物体的相对膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量和水饱和亏缺三个抗旱指标。通过对不同苜蓿品种的抗旱隶属函数值进行计算,对不同苜蓿品种的综合抗旱适应性进行评价。将15个苜蓿品种划分为3类,高抗旱苜蓿品种:敖汉、公农2号、宁苜1号、龙牧801;中抗旱苜蓿品种:公农1号、龙牧803、MagnumV-wet、农宝、竞争者、大叶、中苜1号;弱抗旱苜蓿品种:公农3号、WL-525、朝阳、胜利者。3.本试验通过对不同苜蓿品种耐盐性和抗旱性的研究,可知耐盐性和抗旱性均不能用单一指标作为其鉴定的指标,不同指标反映苜蓿的耐盐力和抗旱力各不相同,这与不同品种适应环境的方式不同有关,因此要鉴定苜蓿品种的耐盐及抗旱能力必须通过几个指标综合分析。
【Abstract】 Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) is one of the most important legume forages in China.In the course of adjusting agricultural structure,alfalfa is considered to be the most important forage because of its versatile functions.The resistance of alfalfa is the crucial factor to select and distribute alfalfa varieties.It is useful for alfalfa industrial development to evaluate drought resistance and salt tolerance of several representative alfalfa species introduced from homeland and abroad in this paper.1.Study on salt tolerance of different alfalfa varieties.This research evaluate salt-tolerant identification results of different alfalfa were not constantly consistent by using different salt-tolerant indexes.By analysis several salt-tolerant indexes,partial indexes were selected.Cluster analysis on them showed that order of salt tolerance degree was:Medicago sativa L.cv.’Ningxia No.1’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Longmu No.801’, Medicago sativa L.cv.’WL-525’>Medicago sativa L.cv.’Longmu No.803’>Mcdicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.2’>Medicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.3’>Mcdicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.1’, Medicago sativa L.cv.’Vector’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Runner’>Mcdicago sativa L.cv.’Aohan’>Medicago sativa L.cv.’Jacklin’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Zhongrnu No.1’>Medicago sativa L.cv.’Leafldng’>Medicago sativa L.cv.’Farmers Treasure’>MagnumV-wet.2.Study on drought-resistance of different varieties of Medicago sativa:Artificial soil drought stress were carded out on 15 different alfalfa varieties in laboratory,and the drought resistance index of membrane relative permeability,proline content and leaf water saturation deficit were measured.A comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance of different alfalfa varieties was given based on subordinate function values analysis.By using the method of cluster analysis the alfalfa varieties were classified into three types:high drought resistant varieties:Medicago sativa L.cv.’Aohan’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.2’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Ningxia No.1’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Longmu No.801’,medium drought resistant varieties: Medicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.1’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Longmu No.803’,MagnumV-wet,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Farmers Treasure’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Runner’,Medieago sativa L.cv.’Leafking’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Zhongrnu No.1’,low drought resistant varieties:Medicago sativa L.cv.’Gongnong No.3’,WL-525, Medicago sativa L.cv.’Jacklin’,Medicago sativa L.cv.’Vector’.3.The study of salt-tolerant and drought resistance of 15 alfalfa varieties show both of them cannot as a single indicator to identify varieties.Different indicators reflect different force of drought resistance and salt tolerance,it relate to different alfalfa varieties adapt to the environment in different ways.So,it is necessary to analysis some indicators when identify the salt-tolerant and drought resistance of alfalfa variety.
