解除管制环境下AGC控制策略研究

【摘要】 本文针对解除管制后的自动发电控制系统(AGC)提出了一种新颖的基于T-S模型的模糊逻辑控制器。电力市场改革后,AGC系统暴露在了更多突发、振幅更大的扰动之下,所以,以往可以忽略的非线性必须得加以考虑。在本文中,发电机变化率约束(GRC)非线性第一次被建立在T-S模型之中以设计模糊控制器,同时,阀门非线性也被包括在了模型当中。本文还验证了整个系统的大范围渐进稳定性的约束条件,并由线性矩阵不等式得出控制率。最后,本文还对新型控制器与传统PI控制器进行了比较,比较结果显示:在考虑非线性因素时,新型的模糊逻辑控制器有更好的动态特性和稳定性能。

【Abstract】 A novel fuzzy logic controller based on T-S model is proposed for automatic generation control(AGC)system after deregulation.Since the AGC system is now exposed to sudden, larger changes introduced by deregulation policy,the nonlinearity must be concerned.In this paper,the generation rate constraint(GRC)is firstly constructed in T-S model to design the fuzzy logic controller,while the valve position limits on the governor are under consideration as well.Sufficient conditions for the asymptotic convergence of the whole system are provided in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMI).The current control scheme is compared with conventional proportional and integral(PI)controller,and the comparison study indicates that the proposed fuzzy logic controller has better performance than the other while nonlinearity is concerned.
