养阴清热法对老年单纯收缩期高血压影响的临床研究

【摘要】 目的本课题拟通过观察秋冬之季应用养阴清热中药制剂对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者血压水平的影响,从中医角度探讨高血压时间治疗学的运用,为老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床治疗寻求新的有效方法;同时为中医养阴清热法治疗高血压的应用提供客观的依据。方法在2007年8～9月至2008年2～3月,选择40例已经确诊的老年单纯收缩期高血压、且单纯西药疗效不理想的患者,随机分为2组。观察组在原西医治疗的基础上,加用养阴清热中药制剂;对照组继续单纯西药治疗,即在原西医治疗的基础上再加用一种西药,疗程为12周。监测患者给药前后的血压水平;测定给药前后患者动脉弹性指数C1及C2,观察患者临床症状的改变。结果1.两组治疗后收缩压水平较治疗前均明显降低(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组舒张压水平与治疗前无明显差异(P＞0.05);治疗后对照组舒张压水平明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05)。说明养阴清热中药制剂和西药一样具有降低收缩压的作用,但西药在降低收缩压的同时也降低了舒张压,而养阴清热中药制剂降低舒张压的作用不明显。2.治疗后观察组动脉弹性指数C1,C2显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05);对照组治疗后动脉弹性指数C1,C2与治疗前相比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)。表明养阴清热中药制剂具有改善老年性高血压患者的动脉弹性功能。3.治疗后两组均能有效的改善患者的临床症状(P＜0.05),显效组例数明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),无效例数明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),说明养阴清热中药制剂具有明显改善患者症状的作用。结论本研究表明,在应用西药降压的基础上,养阴清热中药制剂具有降低老年性高血压患者的收缩压的作用,但对收缩压无明显降低作用。和西药相比较,养阴清热中药制剂具有改善老年性高血压患者的动脉弹性功能,具有一定软化血管的作用。养阴清热中药制剂还能有效的改善老年高血压患者的临床症状,减轻老年患者的痛苦。更多还原
