基于ARM的嵌入式虚拟智能健身系统

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对自身健康的关注到达一个前所未有的高度,拥有一个健康体魄成为人们的重要目标。运动成为许多人日常生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分。然而,保健体育专家在提醒人们需要加强体育锻炼的同时,更多的是提醒人们应该关注运动的科学性。那么,多大的运动量是适合自己身体状况的?多大的运动量才能达到促进健康的健身的目的?多大的运动量又才是安全的?这些问题对于大多数运动的人来说并不十分了解,因此,在运动的人群中,我们经常看到了运动对身体造成的损伤,有的甚至是严重的损伤。针对如何使人们进行安全、科学的运动健身问题,论文作者设计了一个基于嵌入式的虚拟智能健身系统。该系统能根据运动个体输入的性别、年龄、身高、体重以及运动开始前系统所测量的心率和血压等个体信息确定适合该个体的运动量,并实时跟踪运动个体的心率和血压的变化情况,即时对运动的时间和强度进行调整。从而使运动个体既能够达到相应运动量,又不会由于运动量过大对自身的身体造成伤害。虽然,该设计还只是采用虚拟仪器的形式模拟对健身仪器进行控制,但采用了嵌入式系统的设计方案,今后能够非常方便的把系统嵌入到实际健身仪器中,实现对实际仪器的控制,从而达到健身仪器智能化的目的。论文论述了与设计相关的设计思路和技术手段,如嵌入式系统、虚拟仪器、USB接口等各项技术,以及与设计有关的生理信号特点、运动生理学相关的控制原理;详细介绍了以基于ARM7TDMI内核的典型芯片S3C44BOX为核心的嵌入式系统的硬件和相关程序设计,上、下位机之间进行通信的USB接口的驱动程序设计过程,以及基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器进行显示和控制的智能健身系统的实现,并完成了整机的调试达到了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 With the increasing improvement of people’s living standard,people are paying more attention to their health conditions than before.Having physical health has become such an important aim to people’s life that doing sports has become a necessary part in many people’s daily life.However,some physical and health-care experts suggest people should pay more attention to doing sports in a scientific way.Therefore,some confusing questions,such as "How much sports capacity fits people doing sports? How much sports can help one’s body exercised? And how much sports is safe to one’s body?" come into being,many people do not know much about these questions,so many injuries,even serious injuries caused by doing sports,always can be seen everywhere.On the purpose of guiding people to have sports in a safe and scientific way,a virtual intelligent body-exercise system,based on an embedded form, has been designed in this paper.The system can define the suitable sports capacity that a person should have,according to the data and information which is put into by oneself,such as an individual’s sex,age,height, weight as well as heart rate and blood pressure that are measured at the start of doing sports.Meanwhile,the system will track the human body’s physical variations on heart rate and blood pressure by the aim to adjust the time and intensity of doing sports immediately.In this way,people can get enough exercise by doing sports and at the same time can avoid injuries caused by over-exercise.The design adopts the form of virtual instruments to control the body-exercise system.By using an embedded system,it is very convenient to embed such a system into a practical body-exercise instrument.Thus,it is easy to control the practical instrument and achieve the goal of using an intelligent body-exercise instrument.The paper describes some thought and technical methods which are related to the whole designing,such as the embedded system,virtual instrument,USB interface,the characteristics of the physiological signals and the controlling theory of sports physiology.Also the paper discusses in detail the hard wares and programs-designing of the intelligent system,which has the typical chips based on ARM7TDMI as a core;the designing process of the driving program of USB interface,which is used to connect the upper engine with the lower engine;and the fulfillment of the whole intelligent body-exercise system,which is represented and controlled by the virtaul instrument of LabVIEW.As a consequence,the adjustment of the whole system has been fulfilled and the desired goal of this designing has been achieved.
