【摘要】 建设社会主义新农村是构建和谐社会前提,而当今新农村建设的重点是农村金融生态的建设,邮政储蓄的改革与新农村建设息息相关,如何改革邮政储蓄银行使之为社会主义新农村建设服务是本文研究的主题。本文对邮政储蓄银行的生存与发展的空间是从如下几个方面进行论述的,首先,本文提出社会主义新农村建设是邮政储蓄银行生存与发展的时代机遇。其次,通过对邮政储汇局自身的特点和农村与城市两个金融市场的分析,得出本文的论题,即社会主义新农村建设需要邮政储蓄,新农村建设也为邮政储蓄银行提供了生存与发展的空间。第三个方面,针对当今社会各界对邮政储蓄银行的改革所发生的模式之争进行了比较详细的阐述,结合西方发达国家的实际情况,以及我国的实际情况,提出我国邮政储蓄银行的生存与发展的策略。第四方面,针对当前农村金融市场的实际情况和经济社会发展的实际情况,对邮政储蓄银行的优势和存在的问题进行了比较详细的阐述,指出我国邮政储蓄银行的前景广阔,困难也是客观存在的。本文研究此论题有两个目的,第一个目的是通过对市场和市场上参与的金融机构的分析以及邮政储蓄银行自身特点的分析,对邮政储蓄银行的市场定位和业务开展提出一些参考建议;第二个目的是为政府建设社会主义新农村以及如何建设农村金融市场,如何引导和扶持邮政储蓄银行参与农村经济建设提出一些建议。总的目的是为国家的和谐发展和社会稳定以及金融稳定服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of a new socialist countryside(CNSC). requisite for the construction of a harmonious society, and nowadays, the former’s key item lies in the construction of rural financial ecology, and the reformation of postal savings is closely related with the construction of a new socialist countryside. So the theme of this paper is concerning how to reform postal savings bank of china so that it can serve for the construction of a new socialist countryside.The paper dealt with the scope of surviving and development of postal savings bank of china from the following aspects: First , the paper proposed that CNSC brought an opportunity to the blank .secondly ,by analyzing the characteristics of the bank and the two financial markets in rural and urban areas, the theme of the paper is posited that the bank offers an indispensable financial support for CNSC which can also give the bank a widen space to grow. Thirdly, the paper explained thoroughly the debate of patterns of the bank resulted from its reformation. Then according to the reality of developed western countries and our nation, the paper put forward the strategy of the e surviving and development of the bank. at last ,according to the the reality of currently rural financial market and social development, through analyzing its advantages and disadvantages.The paper pointed out that the bank has a promising prospect yet some objective problems to solve. The two purposes of studying the theme: First , by comparing and analyzing the features of the markets and those financial structures as well as that of the bank itself, the paper set forth some suggestions about the market settlement and business operation. Secondly, It is about how to construct a new social countryside and rural financial market , and how to guide the bank to participate in rural economic construction.The final goal is to contribute to the national harmonious development and the stability of society and finance.更多还原
