袋式除尘器的除尘效率研究

【摘要】 我国许多老企业在20世纪80年代建成的布袋除尘器经过近20年的使用,结构开始老化,清灰发生困难,滤袋的非正常性破损越来越多,已不能满足环保的要求,迫切需要进行更新改造。而对于另一些企业,由于生产规模的不断扩大,原有的除尘系统已不能满足生产工艺的要求,目前也进入批量的整治阶段。由于受场地、资金、时间等的限制,企业也急切盼望能有高效、节能、实用的除尘改造技术。在上述形势下,本文展开了对袋式除尘器的过滤性能研究,发现增效降阻是人们一直关注的焦点。此外,纤维过滤经典理论的效率公式,以隐函数的形式给出,不便于实际应用;同时此公式只适用于清洁过滤阶段,无法对含尘过滤阶段的过滤效率进行预测。针对以上问题,本文首先从理论上分析各因素单独变化时对过滤效率的影响。在此基础上,搭建袋式除尘器过滤性能测试实验台,分别在清洁滤料过滤和含尘滤料过滤两种过滤方式下进行了实验研究。清洁滤料过滤阶段,就过滤速度对过滤效率的影响进行实验研究,验证了临界过滤速度的存在性。在低于临界过滤速度时,可以通过降低过滤速度的方法来实现减阻增效的目的。对清洁滤料过滤效率公式进行显性化处理,通过多元回归分析,得出过滤效率的多元回归关系式。与实验数据、理论计算值进行比较,结果证明在清洁滤料过滤阶段,该式有一定的应用价值。含尘滤料过滤阶段,以经典过滤理论为基础,结合含尘滤料过滤阶段自身特点,建立数学模型,推导得出一套含尘纤维层过滤效率计算式。与原有公式进行对比,结果显示该公式计算与实际情况相符。总结出了在清洁过滤阶段、含尘过滤阶段、采用腹膜滤料时三种情况下的效率计算式。本研究对于预测纤维过滤效率、提高袋式除尘器过滤性能,具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Have been used for twenty years, bag filters which were produced by old enterprises in. 1980s in China, aged and work difficultly, and non-normal damage of the bags become more and more, which can not satisfy the requirements of environmental protection. So we need renovation badly. Because of the expansion of production and disability of meet the demands of production process the original dust removal system, some enterprises realize the needs of gearing. Because of the venue, funding and time constraints, enterprises look forward to efficient, energy-saving, practical dust modification techniques.As mentioned before, the thesis focuses on the filtering of bag filters and we find that efficiency is what people concern most. Moreover the efficiency formula of classical filtration theory is expressed as implicit function and is inconvenient to be used, however it only can be used under stationary filtration condition and can not work under non-stationary filtration condition. Except these problems how to predict the pressure drop under non-stationary condition is another problem.In order to resolve these problems mentioned above, firstly the author analyzed the change law of filtration efficiency when each factor which affects filtration efficiency changed solely. In the base of this, the testing set of bag filtration was set up. The experiment has been done under stationary filtration condition and non-stationary filtration condition respectively.Under clean filtration stage, firstly the author took the study about the effect of filtration velocity on filtration efficiency. The research shows that there exists a critical velocity. So the point of construction optimization should be concentrated on the filter cylinder. At last from the multianalysis, the regression relation of filtration efficiency was obtained. After comparing this formula with the test data and theoretical calculation, the author drew a conclusion that this formula could be used to predict the filtration efficiency.Under dust filtration stage, the author made a theoretical derivation of filtration efficiency under dust filtration stage. Based on classical filtration theory, according the characteristic of dust filtration, the author set up the mathematical model and obtained a efficiency formula through deduction. It is coincidence with real process. We sum up the efficiency calculation in a clean filtration stage, dust filtration stage and when filtering with peritoneal.Above all, the study of this research project has important meaning for both evaluation of bag filter’s performance and prediction of the fibre filtration efficiency.
