基于企业生命周期理论的民营企业成长研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国民营企业经历了一个快速发展的时期，无论从数量上还是规模上，都有了一个质的飞跃，民营经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，对国民经济的贡献越来越大。但是，民营企业在蓬勃发展的同时，暴露出的问题也越来越多，产权问题、融资问题、民营企业家问题等都制约着民营企业的健康成长和生命周期的延长。据统计，全国每年新生15万家民营企业，同时每年又死亡10万多家，有60％的民企在5年内破产，有85％的在10年内死亡，其平均寿命只有2.9年。打开我国民企的发展史，有大量的民营企业仍然重复着“创业、崛起、衰败”的成长三步曲。所以，研究民营企业的成长问题和“短命”现象具有重要意义。 本文从企业生命周期的角度研究民营企业的成长问题，为民营企业的健康发展提供战略性思考。文章通过对企业成长和企业生命周期理论的文献研究，结合我国民营企业的成长现状和生命周期现状，选取企业成长和企业生存时间这两个基本变量，构建了我国民营企业的生命周期模型。模型把民营企业的生命周期分为5个阶段：孕育期、创业期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期。文章认为民营企业在生命周期的每个阶段都有不同的成长目标和方式，在每个阶段都会面临一系列的风险和问题，正确识别和应对这些问题和风险，是民营企业沿着正确轨迹成长的保障。文章针对上述问题进行了详细论述，最后给出了延长民营企业生命周期，促进民营企业健康成长的几点建议。 文章在构建民营企业生命周期模型方面，界定企业成长具体指标以及民营企业内涵和外延方面具有一定的理论创新。文章详细阐述了民营企业生命周期各阶段易出现的问题，并提出应对策略，这对指导民营企业的健康成长具有积极意义。但是我们也应该看到民营企业作为一个新生事物，还缺乏相关的资料统计和实证研究，它们存在的形式多种多样，成长曲线也不尽相同。本文只是从一个角度，选取了一种典型的成长形态作为研究对象，这具有一定的局限性，但作为一个尝试性研究，这并不妨碍对大多数民营企业健康成长所起的指导性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening up, China’s private enterprises have experienced a period of rapid development. Both in quantitatively and scale, private enterprises have a qualitative leap .The private economy has become an important component of the national economy, increasing contributions to the national economy. However, the vigorous development of private enterprises in the meantime, exposes more and more many questions. The property right question, the financing question, the private entrepreneurs are hindering the healthy growth of private enterprise and the extension of the life cycle. According to statistics, there are 150,000 private enterprises throughout the country each year birth, 100,000 deaths each year and more than 60% of private enterprises in the five years of bankruptcy, 85% of the deaths in the 10 years, the average life expectancy of only 2.9 years. The history of the development of China’s private enterprises opened, a large number of private enterprises are still repeating the "pioneering-rising-declining" growth Trilogy. Therefore, the research of private enterprise’s growth question and "short-lived" phenomenon has the vital significance.This article from the angle of enterprise life cycle researches private enterprise’s growth question, for the healthy development of private enterprises to provide strategic thinking .The article through to enterprise growth and the enterprise life cycle theory research, unifies the growth and the life cycle present situation of private enterprises, the selection enterprise growth and enterprise life these two basic variables, has constructed private enterprises ’ life cycle model. The model divides into the private enterprises’ life cycle 5 stages: the courtship stage, the exploration stage, the growth stage, the maturation stage and the decline stage.
