矿井通风系统可靠性研究

【摘要】 矿井通风系统属于生命保障系统一类,其工作的可靠性具有特殊的意义。保持风流的稳定性,即保持风流的数量、质量和方向始终一致是至关重要的。本文研究了影响通风系统可靠性的主要因素。通过对通风系统中风量的变化进行分析后,推导出风路可靠度计算公式,在求得网络中各分支的可靠度以后,即可根据各分支的可靠度计算出整个风网的可靠度。本文也对风路有效度的计算公式进行了推导。文中重点研究了分支灵敏度及其衰减率,详细推导了分支灵敏度的计算过程,并对灵敏度、灵敏度的性质以及灵敏度衰减率进行了应用分析。

【Abstract】 Mine ventilation system is one of the life-safeguard system, its working reliability has special meaning. It is important to retain the stability of airflow, i.e. to retain the quantity, quality’ and direction of airflow consistant all the time. In this paper, main factors which influence the reliability of ventilation are studied. From analyzing the variety of airflow quantity, a computation expression of airflow reliability is given. From this, every branch’s reliability can be computed, in consequence network’s reliability can be computed too. And the computation expression of airflow validity is given. Branch sensitivity and its attenuation ratio are emphases studied in this paper, and its compute course is calculate minutely. In the paper, it also analyzes the apply of sensitivity, sensitivity’ quality and sensitivity’ attenuation ratio.
