大学生职业自我概念与父母养育方式的相关研究
A Research on the Connection between College Students’ Vocational Self-concept and Parental Rearing Method

【摘要】 职业自我概念是一个人整体自我概念的一部分。大学生的职业发展正处于一个关键的抉择点,他对自己也已经有了较为深刻的探索与了解,同时他又面临着毕业后踏上社会,走上工作岗位的现实,他将如何应对未来的职业选择,如何作出决定将直接影响其一生,因而在大学阶段帮助、指导学生拥有明确的职业自我概念,实属高校就业指导的重要工作。同时,可以发现个人特质与工作特质的重要性,经由父母所遗传的人格特质和早期生活环境对青少年形成其个人特质的影响力,是研究职业选择与职业兴趣不可或缺的重要因素。 本文旨在探讨大学生职业自我概念的内涵及现状,解析大学生职业自我概念与父母养育方式的关系,为深入开展高校就业指导工作提供理论依据。考虑到从择业类高校学生入手研究职业自我概念更贴近实际,本研究遂采取分层取样的方法从常熟理工学院、苏州工艺美术职业技术学院、苏州农业职业技术学院抽取大学生958名。作者在自编“大学生职业自我概念调查问卷”的基础上,协同“父母养育方式量表(EMBU)”,实施了一次大规模的调查取样。调查结果显示: (1)大学生职业自我概念的内涵可概括为:“职业能力”、“职业抱负”、“职业准备”、“职业决定”、“职业现实”、“职业评价”、“职业设计”、“职业适应”和“职业兴趣”等九个方面。 (2)对大学生职业自我概念的影响因素有很多。本研究发现,性别、年级、专业、被试所属地域以及父母文化程度对大学生职业自我概念都有着显著的影响。 (3)通过与父母养育方式诸因子的相关分析中可以看出,母亲养育方式对大学生职业自我概念的形成发展有着积极、广泛和普遍的影响;而父亲养育方式仅与大学生职业抱负的培养有联系。
【Abstract】 Vocational Self-concept is a part of the whole Self-concept. Vocational Self-concept is a motivation in occupation choice and the career development of adolescent. Currently, with the college students of Our country graduates to assign the system from unify to assign plannedly the supply and demand independence of meeting the change choose the industry, it is more important to help the college student to establish active Vocational Self-concept.This research examined the factors that influence the Vocational Self-concept of the college student, and the relationship between Vocational Self-concept and parental rearing method. This research adopt mathematic investigation, taking 958 college student from the Science and engineering college of Changshu, the craft art occupation technical college of Suzhou, agriculture occupation technical college of Suzhou. In from plait "Vocational Self-concept of the college student" questionnaire of foundation, the author is in conjunction with the "Parental Rearing Method Measures Form( EMBU)",We carry out a large-scale. The results are as follows.(1) The Vocational Self-concept of college students includes vocational ability, vocational ambition, vocational preparation, vocational decision, vocational reality, vocational evaluation, vocational design, vocational adaptation and vocational interest.(2)degree of the level of The Vocational Self-concept of college student has some relations with gender, grade, profession and region of college students.(3) through analysis factors of parental rearing method, we found mother’ rearing method to the college student has a positive and extensive influence on the Vocational Self-concept of college students. But the way of the father’ rearing has less influence.
