籼稻矮生性的遗传研究

【摘要】 以籼型标志基因系和IR36三体为工具材料,通过杂交,研究了籼稻矮秆材料矮泰引-2和一枝腊双矮分别所携带的半矮秆基因sd-t和sd-n在染色体上的位置;通过杂交和辐射诱变,对含sd-g、sd-t和sd-n半矮秆基因的3个非sd-d矮源的一些不良农艺性状进行改良,在杂交F5、F6代及辐射的M3、M4代中进行选择,并以南京11号为测交亲本,与中选得到的株系进行测交鉴定。结果表明,半矮秆基因sd-t与标志基因系019所携紫果皮基因Prp-b、标志基因系B30所携无叶舌基因lg、标志基因系027所携灰白壳基因Wh表现连锁,由于Prp-b、lg、Wh基因均位于第4染色体上,因而推定sd-t基因位于第4染色体上,其排列位置可能是Prp-b---sd-t---lg---Wh;半矮秆基因sd-n与标志基因系013所携苞颈叶基因nl-1、标志基因系015所携颖节金黄色基因gh-1、标志基因系023所携叶片无毛基因gl、标志基因系010所携黑壳基因Bh表现连锁,由于nl-1、gh-1、gl、Bh基因均位于第5染色体上,因而推定sd-n基因也位于第5染色体上,其排列位置可能是gh-1---sd-n---nl-1---gl;在中选的49个株系中,有11个株系携有与sd-1不等位的矮秆基因,一枝腊与天鹅谷杂交的后代、sd-g近等基因系与高秆品种的杂交后代目标性状都得到了较大的改良,从新泰矮中也选择到了通过辐射诱变而使目标性状得到改良的突变体。
【Abstract】 For investigating the linkage group to which the semidwarf gene sd-t belongs, the crosses between Aitaiyin 2(ATY2), a variety of sd-t carrier in indica rice, and marker stocks as well as the trisomic lines of 1R36 were made. The results indicated that the sd-t gene was linked to the marker genes Prp-b(Purple pericap b)~ lg(ligueless)~ Wh(White hull). It was inferred that the sd-t gene was located on chromosome 4 according to the established relationship between chromosomes and linkage groups.For investigating the linkage group to which the semidwarf gene sd-n belongs , the crosses between Yizhilashuangai(YZLSH), a variety of sd-n carrier in indica rice, and marker stocks as well as the trisomic lines of 1R36 were made. The results indicated that the sd-n gene was linked to the marker genes Bh(Black hull)~ nl-i(neck 1eaf)~. gh-i(gold hull-i). gl(glabrous leaf) . It was inferred that the sd-n gene was located on chromosome 5 according to the established relationship between chromosomes and linkage groups.In order to improve the traits of semidwarf genes non allelic to sd-I, the test crosses between Nanjing 11 and the attained lines were carried out. There were ii lines carrying semidwarf genes non-allelic to sd-l in the selected 49 lines. We have gotton the mutant from irradiation in Xintaiai and the improved traits of the generation from crosses between Yizhila and Tianegu and crosses between sd-g near-isogenic lines and tall varieties.
