【摘要】 坊间流传“先有清苑县,后有保定府”的说法,本文选择保定市内历史悠久、文化底蕴深厚的古城清苑作为研究范围,搜集清苑现存的四部旧志,即嘉靖《清苑县志》、康熙《清苑县志》、同治《清苑县志》、民国《清苑县志》,经过反复对比,选取同治《清苑县志》作为研究对象。同治《清苑县志》记载了清苑县相关的自然地理、政治军事、民生经济、人文教育等内容,是有关清苑县十分重要的研究资料。本文采用文献整理法为主要的研究方法,结合对比分析法、四校法等研究方法。首先介绍本文的选题来源,阐明文章的研究目的及意义,搜集资料梳理目前该志的研究现状,说明研究方法、内容及创新点。其次,介绍清苑的基本情况,包括地理位置、历史沿革、特色文化以及经济发展,并梳理清苑县志志书史,对每部县志的情况进行归纳整理。再次通过分析志书前序言以及利用读秀等数据库搜集资料进一步了解同治《清苑县志》的纂写背景、编纂组织及成书过程。接着,对同治《清苑县志》进行点校整理,疏通文意,初步掌握该志的内容,接着对同治《清苑县志》进行研究,包括对体例、内容等方面的探讨。以此为基础,通过与前后两个时期的康熙《清苑县志》以及民国《清苑县志》进行对比,分析体例设置上的异同以及内容上的删减、增补和修改情况,分析其自身体例和内容上的特点,突出同治《清苑县志》在清苑县志书史上的地位。最后,在前期工作的基础上,进一步探究同治《清苑县志》的史料价值和现实作用,以及在点校过程中发现的问题、体制设置和内容缺失等不足。同治《清苑县志》虽存在一些体例与内容上的不足,但是在清苑县志史上起着承前启后的重要作用,记载内容极为丰富。本文的创新性在于对同治《清苑县志》进行了全面的整理和深入的探讨,将研究视野与现实联系,对保护、利用和开发清苑历史文化提供借鉴,通过整理并分析其中重点的文化及经济发展相关内容,对清苑区以及保定市的发展有更深入的参考意义,使发展思路有本可依、有史可据。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is said among the people that "Qingyuan County preceded Baoding Prefecture".This article selects Qingyuan,an ancient city with a long history and profound cultural heritage in Baoding City,as the research scope.Four existing old chronicles of Qingyuan,namely Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Jiajing,Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Kangxi,Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi,and Qingyuan County Chronicle during the Republic of China,were collected.After repeated comparisons,the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi was selected as the research object.The Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi records the natural geography,politics and military affairs,people’s livelihood and economy,humanities and education related to Qingyuan County,which is a very important research material for Qingyuan County.This article adopts the method of literature collation as the main research method,combined with comparative analysis,four-proof method and other research methods.Firstly,it introduces the source of the topic,clarifies the research purpose and significance of the article,collects data to sort out the current research status of the chronicle,and explains the research methods,content and innovations.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Qingyuan,including geographical location,historical evolution,characteristic culture and economic development,and sorts out the history of Qingyuan County chronicles,summarizing and collating the situation of each county chronicle.Thirdly,through analyzing the preface of the chronicle and collecting data from databases such as Duxiu to further understand the compilation background,compilation organization and book formation process of the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi.Then,it proofreads and collates the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi,clears up the meaning of the text,and initially grasps the content of the chronicle.Next,it studies the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi,including discussions on its style and content.Based on this,by comparing with the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Kangxi and the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the Republic of China in the previous and later periods,it analyzes the similarities and differences in the setting of the style,as well as the deletions,additions and modifications in the content.It analyzes its own characteristics in terms of style and content,highlighting the status of the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi in the history of Qingyuan County chronicles.Finally,based on the previous work,it further explores the historical value and practical significance of the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi,as well as the problems found during the proofreading process,such as institutional settings and missing content.Although there are some deficiencies in the style and content of the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi,it plays an important role in connecting the past and the future in the history of Qingyuan County chronicles,and its recorded content is extremely rich.The innovation of this article lies in the comprehensive collation and deep discussion of the Qingyuan County Chronicle during the reign of Emperor Tongzhi.It connects research vision with reality,providing reference for the protection,utilization and development of Qingyuan’s historical culture.By collating and analyzing key cultural and economic development-related content,it has deeper reference significance for the development of Qingyuan District and Baoding City,making the development ideas have a basis and historical evidence.更多还原
